Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printer configurations and network connectivity problems.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, tickets, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to ensure system uptime and security compliance.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, setting up their digital and physical workspace.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical assistance.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop tools.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not mandatory.
