Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist with software deployment, patch management, and operating system updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex network and security issues.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365 suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site client visits.
