Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers for a diverse client base.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy network updates and security patches.
- Ensure all equipment is sanitized and organized, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Conduct basic training for end-users on new software and systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
