Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal employees via phone and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer peripherals and network equipment.
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues to senior staff promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work occasional overtime.
