Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Drive strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation portfolios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation KPIs and ROI analysis for 2026 initiatives
- Champion agile innovation methodologies and design thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record launching commercialized tech products post-2020
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting models
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI analysis
- PhD or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized innovations required
