Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and disruptive trends to inform strategic innovation roadmaps
- Lead end-to-end innovation initiatives from ideation to commercialization, managing cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product
- Develop and present compelling business cases for high-impact projects securing executive buy-in and resource allocation
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives, measuring ROI and market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation cycles
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping, enabling agile decision-making

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology leadership with proven track record of scaling disruptive solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech) and their market applications
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong financial acumen with experience in innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 major innovation projects with measurable market impact
