- Develop and execute 3-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with $10M+ market potential
- Manage P&L for innovation portfolios ($5M annual budget)
- Present strategic frameworks to stakeholders and investors quarterly
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ market-disrupting products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and lean startup principles
- Strong financial acumen for innovation portfolio management
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, INSEAD) preferred
