Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and reconcile stock levels using RF scanners.
- Pack, seal, and label products securely for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for local and regional delivery.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
