Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in the receiving process by inspecting incoming goods for damages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
