Responsibilities
- Sort, label, and package inventory according to company standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Load and unload shipments using proper lifting techniques
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Pass background check and drug screening
