Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload freight trucks and organize warehouse inventory
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for immediate start (within 48 hours of application)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Louisville facility
