Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Screen and direct phone calls, manage email inboxes, and draft correspondence with a high level of professionalism.
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain executive calendars to ensure seamless operations.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and memos; maintain organized filing systems.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for internal meetings, client events, and company functions.
- Office Support: Order and distribute office supplies, perform data entry, and assist visitors with check-in procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of general administrative or clerical experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
