Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock organization, and quality control checks.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment safely as directed by supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with team members and shift leads to ensure workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly on an intermittent basis.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training available.
- Reliable transportation to the Fort Worth facility is required.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
