Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Document all support tickets and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Conduct system audits and implement preventive maintenance procedures
- Train end-users on technology best practices and software applications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a Windows/macOS environment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
