Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux environments
- Deploy and configure cloud solutions including Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Document IT processes and maintain asset management databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
