Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT problems
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service logs
- Train end-users on system usage and best practices
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage inventory of IT assets and equipment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software/network issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira preferred)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and travel between multiple Houston locations
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
