Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
- Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint security solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Sentinel)
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across LAN/WAN infrastructures
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles for client systems
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software escalations
- Conduct quarterly system health audits and patch management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy
- Hands-on experience with SCCM or Intune
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional on-site visits
