Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and remote access issues
- Implement security protocols and patch management solutions
- Document technical processes and maintain asset inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Support cloud migrations and hybrid environment management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client site visits
