Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital records and databases.
- Prepare and organize physical and electronic documents for filing and retrieval.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
