Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in resort common areas and guest-facing positions
- Assist with event setup, break-down, and guest registration
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance of public spaces
- Support retail operations including inventory management and customer transactions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with valid work authorization
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
