Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at event entrances and registration desks
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown including seating and signage
- Manage attendee flow and provide directional support
- Distribute promotional materials and event information packets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event operations
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to various Phoenix locations
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
