Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload goods from delivery trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Packing & Labeling: Accurately pack, label, and organize products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic warehouse machinery and power equipment (training provided).
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and eagerness to learn new skills.
