Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Next-Gen computing to drive the 2026 product release cycle.
- AI Governance Framework: Establish and enforce comprehensive governance models for AI ethics, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency to ensure compliance and trust.
- Technical Architecture: Design scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-level AI workloads and predictive analytics.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies, such as Generative AI and Edge Computing, to maintain a competitive edge.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Python, and Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and AI compliance standards.
