Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, identifying opportunities that will define our market position by 2026.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation solutions to drive operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Architectural Vision: Collaborate with C-level executives to design scalable, secure, and future-proof technical architectures.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging tech trends, including predictive analytics, quantum computing, and neural networks, to advise leadership on investment.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technologists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic or executive role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
