- Forecasting & Analysis: Analyze macroeconomic trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to predict future market demands.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to allocate resources for long-term initiatives that ensure sustainable growth through 2026.
- Innovation Management: Establish and manage a 'Future Lab' to pilot concepts that will be ready for full-scale deployment in the 2026 fiscal cycle.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic forecasts and roadmaps to the board of directors and external investors with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications

- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think beyond the immediate quarter and build comprehensive 5-10 year strategies.
- Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the technology sector and emerging trends (AI, Automation, Blockchain) leading up to 2026.
