Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks and shipping containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform light to moderate assembly tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and safety goals efficiently.
- Operate standard warehouse machinery and equipment following strict safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory organization and basic stock management duties.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8-10 hours per day.
- Basic English comprehension for following safety instructions and verbal directions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Los Angeles facility.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as business demands.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
