Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Assist in inventory counting, stock organization, and cycle counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Adhere to strict time schedules and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic math skills required for inventory and stock management tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site is mandatory.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.
