Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks and delivery vehicles using hand trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks.
- Sort and organize stock items in the warehouse to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the workspace to adhere to safety standards.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily tasks and inventory needs.
- Handle physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific technical skills are required.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or overtime if needed.
- Basic math skills are required for inventory counting and stock management.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.
