Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, count, and organize stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Packaging: Properly pack products into boxes for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe by following all OSHA guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from the facility.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
