Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product strategies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption impact by 2026

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years focused on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching futuristic initiatives with measurable ROI
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with regulatory compliance for next-gen technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
