Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026-2030
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Produce strategic white papers and trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technology implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future-readiness capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic communication skills
- Experience developing foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Ability to translate complex concepts into executive-level recommendations
