- Design innovation incubation programs for moonshot projects targeting 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption maturity and ROI for strategic initiatives

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI governance, biotech convergence)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Strong data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
