- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and strategic foresight across departments
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitor innovation strategies
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives

- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and external stakeholders

- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism (articles, patents, whitepapers)
