Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2026+
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies and disruption patterns
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate foresight into corporate innovation pipelines
- Build proprietary forecasting models using AI-driven analytics and alternative data sources
- Represent the firm at global forums on future-focused strategy and technology ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology disruption (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business/tech publications
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
