Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting our 2026 strategic vision
- Develop quantitative forecasting models and qualitative scenario-planning frameworks
- Champion innovation workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-state strategies
- Translate foresight insights into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team with diverse expertise
- Author annual Future Impact Reports for stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive modeling preferred
- Global perspective with cross-cultural industry experience
