Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global megatrends impacting industries through 2026 (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.)
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making under uncertainty
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings with actionable insights
- Identify disruptive business models and partnership opportunities in emerging ecosystems
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive analytics and modeling
- Advise leadership on long-term R&D priorities and investment allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Certification in futures or strategic foresight (preferred)
