Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) into product roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and executive briefings on disruptive megatrends
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable development principles across all projects
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards with data-backed confidence
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of publishing influential industry reports or thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly valued
