Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Produce actionable scenario analyses and whitepapers for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation lab
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic outcomes and adaptability
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, space tech, or renewable energy)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into scalable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from CFAR or WFS) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
