Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional foresight initiatives identifying disruptive trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Author high-impact trend reports published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Tech Review
- Design AI-powered forecasting models for exponential technologies
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forum events
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 clients
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Proven track record of implementing foresight-driven initiatives
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Experience with UN SDGs and global sustainability frameworks
