Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 technology/societal trend forecasts using quantitative/qualitative methodologies
- Develop scenario-planning models for quantum computing, AI governance, and bio-convergence
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Build proprietary foresight tools integrating predictive analytics and machine learning
- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon Dynamics as the 2026 innovation authority
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published research on 4th Industrial Revolution implications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of implementing strategic foresight into business operations
