Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning for 2026+ technological inflection points
- Develop predictive models for emerging market disruptions (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Architect ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiosis in 2026+ workplaces
- Produce annual 'Future State' white papers influencing C-suite strategy
- Manage Horizon's 2026 Innovation Lab with $50M R&D budget
- Partner with UN and WEF on global tech governance initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published work on 2025+ technological singularity implications
- Expertise in scenario modeling using Monte Carlo simulations
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neurotech convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year future implementations
