Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts through 2026 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into corporate DNA
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advocate ethical futures design and sustainable development principles
- Represent company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation abilities
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable impact
