Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce quarterly future-state reports on AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Present strategic narratives to investors and board members to secure future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and quantitative/qualitative trend forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategy initiatives
