As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and cross-functional partners to translate future possibilities into actionable strategies. Your insights will directly influence product development, market expansion, and sustainable growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts through 2026 lens
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate future products and services
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into tangible R&D priorities
- Monitor horizon scanning ecosystems and maintain trend intelligence database
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in 5-10 year timeframe
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to synthesize complex insights
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech foresight
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
