Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption

- Author high-impact trend reports published in industry journals and policy forums
- Design cross-functional innovation pipelines bridging R&D, product, and investment teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational capabilities
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and policy summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum, climate)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major media outlets
- Advanced certification in futures research methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi techniques
