- Design immersive foresight workshops for executive decision-making
- Monitor geopolitical and sustainability megatrends affecting industry 4.0
- Build cross-functional coalitions to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with 2020+ vision focus
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executive action plans
- Certificate in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF preferred)
