Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and social trends to inform 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Develop scenario-based foresight models for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive briefings for executive leadership
- Design innovation frameworks to accelerate product development cycles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CSSP) strongly preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementation projects
