Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 strategic vision, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future-facing business models
- Develop predictive analytics frameworks to identify emerging market opportunities and threats
- Present strategic foresight reports to the Board of Directors and executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations to pioneer next-gen technologies
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and scenario-planning specialists

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year futuristic roadmaps
