Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging technological and societal trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof business models
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Analyze geopolitical and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and scenario planners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, and human augmentation technologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in visualizing complex futures
- Published author or speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent high-impact platforms
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-strategy implementations
