Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Impact Forecast with quantified adoption projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Build proprietary trend-sensing frameworks using AI-driven analytics
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives on emerging paradigm shifts
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio targeting 2026 commercialization
- Author thought leadership pieces for Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of successfully predicting disruptive market shifts (3+ validated case studies)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or climate adaptation technologies
- Professional certification from Association of Professional Futurists
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience presenting to boards of directors and investment committees
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals
